Players are divided to 2 groups.
PROGRESSION 1: Blue and Yellow exchange passes. The attacker (Yellow) tries to run past the post as given by the arrows. The defender (Blue) speeds up to run past the free post and defend. Change sides after 3 tries.
PROGRESSION 2: Same as before. In this progression players are advised to shoot only with the inside of the foot at the bottom corners of the post. The player who achieves so gets 2 points. Change sides after 3 tries.
