DESCRIPTION

  • 2 teams
  • 50 X 45 (size depends on numbers)
  • 2 5yrd gates in the middle at each side of pitch
  • teams must pass forward or back through the gate before going to goal

Coaching Points:

  • Be patient: if gate is not open maintain possession and look for another option
  • be quick when swinging the ball from the crowded gate to the open gate
  • communication to make passes reach destination faster
  • good first touch into space
