Ladder work.
Player is to perform certain ladder work (which will include fast feet, lateral jumps and hops) then perform a 10m fast run 60% to the cone and back and perform another ladder drill.
Stage 1 - Forward sprint (one foot in each) and Icky shuffle ( lateral movement side to side two feet in each)
Stage 2 - Jumps (Two feet in each) and long Jumps (missing a space)
Stage 3 - Forward in and out and Backwards in and out
Stage 4 - Lateral jumps (missing ladders on each space) and Hopscotch ( Forward in and outs landing on one foot (alternate feet)
Progessions - move up the stages increase intensity of sprint
Regressions, Just have one movement, keep low stages. decrease intensity of sprint
