DESCRIPTION

acceleration/deceleration. 

  • walk from the fence 5m to the first cone
  • increase to 30% max speed for 10m
  • second cone increase to 60% max speed for 30m
  • third cone decrease to 30% max speed for 10m
  • final cone decrease to a walk for 5m to the fence. 

 

progressions and regression. 

progression- increase the speeds at which the player runs at

decrease the acceleration/deceleration period from 10m to 5m

or increase the maintainence phase of speed.

regression- decrease the running speeds

increase the acceleration/ decceleration phase

shorten the maintainence phase.
