This is a game called send and defend. The players must number themselves 1-5 on each team. When the coach shouts out a number the player from each team swap teams and try get the ball from the other team.
The other players must pass and dribble the ball away from the other teams defender. Once a defender gets the ball they go back to their own team and then wait for another number to be called out.
