The team is separeted into two teams, one team in the middle square and another team around the outside with balls. Players on the inside must run out to a player on the outside and recieve a pass. They must take a touch, return the pass and run back into the square to find another outside player. The coach must emphasis acurate passing and ball control, explosiveness out of the box to the outside players, and communication between passers. The drill can be adapted to allow only one touch on each pass, throwing and heading instead of passing, and a buddy system in which two players on the inside must compete with each other for each pass.
