1 player = 5
Create 2 boxes of equal size suitable for players to pass around balls (Size depends on group amount)
After each group being given a number from 1-10 They're passing around 2 balls in each box, when their number is called out by the coach they must get one of the 2 balls and race around the cones.
The first player through the gap has possession of the ball, the slower player leaves ball behind and tries to defend against the player with the ball creating a 1v1 situation.
(This is all whilst the people in the box are passing around the spare ball so they're not kept waiting).
After the ball has gone off the pitch or the attacking player has scored, it's a dead ball and they go back to their squares to restart the process.
Progressions
First time everyone has a go, they just take their time, dribble and get a shot off at the keeper.
To progress it, there's a dribble race to the cones, the person to get there first is attacking at goal, and the person to get there second is defending against the attacker (therefore they leave their ball at the cone).
And to progress it further you could call out 2 numbers, still only using one ball, whoever has the ball first dribbles for the race creating a 2v2 situation.
If time, to progress it further, in two's they must make 5 passes before they can score.
Trying to multitask, Listening out for their number and passing around also.
