Have 3 teams. One team in each end section and one in the middle section.
The team in the end have to keep the ball and make a minimum of 5 passes. Once they've done that they can switch to the other team.
The team in the other end then control the ball and the exercise starts again, 5 passes then switch.
The middle team have to try and win the ball. Only 2 players can enter the end zones to pressure. Others must stay in the middle.
To begin with players can have as many touches as they want. This can go down to 2 touch if teams find it easy.
No players can enter the wide areas but you can switch down that channel.
Wide area removed once players are used to the set up.
