There are 4 stations as shown with players spending 5 minutes at each station before moving onto the next

  • Station 1: Shuffle in and out of cones
  • Station 2: Fast feet through ladders
  • Station 3: Shuffle backwards in and out of cones
  • Station 4: Two footed jumps over each hurdles

Coaching Points:

  • Maximum intensity
  • Proper receiving and passing technique
  • Dribble ball with speed
