Working on handling & Set position

  • Ensure we have the 'W' or 'Diamond' for catching
  • Work getting weight forward (no leaning back)
  • Go over the importance of the set position
  • Use cones to get movement before set positions

Weak side (Is there a weak side for diving)

  • We need to keep practising any weakness
  • We cannot let it affect our game
  • It is more mental than anything
