DESCRIPTION

Starting without a ball firstly, the player will stand in the red cones, after a colour is called with a command of 'press' or 'drop' to refer to 'forwards' and 'back', the player will sprint to that cones and plant a foot next to it, pushing back off towards the centre. 3 x 30 seconds sets.

Then introduce a ball the players must carried to called out destination and turn sharply and return back to centre. 3 x 30 second sets.
