  • Area 12x12m
  • 4 players in each group.
  • one player sits out while the others have free movement in a 3v0 exercise.
  • progress to a passive defender in a 3v1 situation.
  • then progress to active defender in 3v1 situation.

  • Open body shape.
  • Accuracy.

  • Timing and control of pass.

  • Angle of support.
  • Distance of support.

Progression: 3v1 (active)

  • Create space by moving the ball quickly.
  • Time of pass.
