B: 2 balls outside. Inside player calls a ball, turns with the first touch and pass the ball out to the open outside player and then calls the other ball.
C: 2 balls outside. Inside player calls a ball, turns with the first touch and pass the ball out to the opposite side outside player and then calls the other ball.
