Defender starts by passing ball into attacker.
Attacker must attempt to dribble ball through one of the 3 goals.
Defender must win the ball or clear it from the grid.
Defener moves to attacking line, and vice versa.
Defenders should count the number of times they win the ball, make it a contest.
1. Don't come in straight on, force them one direction.
2. Close the space quickly, before they can attack the side goals. Long strides into short choppy steps. Demonstrate what happens if defender comes in too fast.
3. Don't tackle until you can win the ball. Be patient, forcing the attacker backwards means you are winning.
