Two neutral players (play for team in possession) at either end. The ball starts with one of the neutrals playing into one of the teams playing 2v2. The team in possession have to the ball to the other neutral player without losing possession. The two defenders must try and stop the attackers and if they in the ball they become the attackers. Each pass to a neutral is a point. Neutral player always passes back to team that had possession. If ball leaves the area, new ball is played to the other team. Rotate teams every 2 minutes.
Progressions: 1) each player must touch ball before passing to a neutral player. 2) First team to 3 points get an extra player.
Movement to create space and passing lanes. Awareness of defenders. Don't force the ball forward.
