The drill will consist of 4 lines at each cone at each edge of a square, the participants will be facing inside the sqaure with one football each. inside the sqaure will be another smaller sqaure with multiple cones inside of it faced up and down. 2 lines will be working as one team and the other 2 lines as another, one will be cones up and one cones down. Particpants will dribble up to the smaller square stop the ball, enter the square and turn over a cone depending on which team they are on, they will then dribble back to their team and the next player will go, the team with the most cones their way when times up will be the winners. As a progression lined cones could be placed between the participants and the smaller sqaure for them to dribble in and out of before arriving at the sqaure.
