Warm Up (With Ball): Four Way

DESCRIPTION

Divide team into two teams and allocate an area of the coned grid (each grid approximately 10 x 10 meters).

Simple keep ball exercise but to start players are only allowed to stay in their allocated area. There must be a flow to the practice to start, ensure players use strength and protect ball in their area before releasing.

Variations: Players allowed to move into next segment but still same principles apply now focused on interaction between them and team mate. Finally players allowed in all areas.

Incorporation of touch conditions and emphasise multi movements.

- Quickness of ball moevement.

- Protect ball in your own area and distribute safely.

- Aerobic Fitness and Psychological Readiness.
