DESCRIPTION

Working in teams of six. Players to keep the ball mobile over the middle cones and maintain constant rally (allow maximum of two bounces on ethier side).

Players to touch ball once over the middle line of cones then perform middle agility course before having another touch of ball.

Important that ball always stays mobile and team to work hard to perform exercises and keep ball up.

COACHING POINTS

- Speed and Agility over mini course before returning to rally.

- Quickness into composure on the ball and control one touch player does get.
