The 4 corner fields are played 1 v 1 with small nets or cones for goals. The big middle field is played 3v3 with 2 keepers. In the middle field it is a regular game trying to score. In the corner field if you win the 1v1 and score you join the middle field to create an outnumber position. If you lose you go join a team mate to create a 2v1 situation in one of the corner fields. Once a goal is scored in the middle all fields are reset.
Many coaching points but I will focus on the middle field. When even numbers can we break through and if not can we keep possesion until we have an overload situation. If we are in the negative in numbers can we maintain possession or keep defensive shape to wait for help.
