Players line up facing forwards at coach within a straight line of cones.
Coach orders players to quickly move to cone 1,2,3 or 4 and players respond to stimulus as fast as possible. Coach ends repetition by shouting "out" and players sprint 20 yards to end cone.
Modifications:
- Inclusion of Press (player advance a line) / Drop (player retreat a line)
- Inclusion of Down (player assumes press up position quickly before bouncing back up to standing position).
- Physical Speed, Agility, Quickness.
- Reaction / Respnse Time.
- Psychological Recall into Action.
