DESCRIPTION

Divi up players behind a set of cones (dependant on number in squad).

Players to perform basic Dynamic Stretches straight through to start. Inclusion of all dynamic and mobility movements.

Drill 1 - Front, Back then finish.

Drill 2 - Front, Side then finish.

Drill 3 - Front, Side, Oppo side then finish.

Drill 4 - Front, Side, Header the finish.

Drill 5 - Front, Side, Oppo side, back then finish.

COACHING POINTS

- Dynamic and mobility stretches (initially).

- Speed, Agility and Quickness.

- Transfer of Momentum from vertical to horizontal (Drill 4)
