DESCRIPTION

  • Players are to be split into 2 teams.
  • Each team is to stand in the middle of each sideline.
  • Players are to be given a number, e.g. between 1-6.
  • The coach is to shout out a number and throws the ball into the middle of the playing zone.
  • The players with that number in each team are to run around the area and through the goals (i.e. blue team run through red, red team through blue).
  • Players then must compete for the ball and try to score in their coloured goal.
  • If the ball goes out of play, the coach must shout Out! and players return to their teams.
  • The coach must vary the numbers between, for example, 1-6.
