3)the next step is to sprint across field where there is a ball waiting for you
4)with the ball then dribble through the cones
5)when youve gone trough all cones there will be a cone alone and you have to go around that before a shot can be taken
6) this part is the preogression, once all of that is done that will make a run int the 18 yard box where a cross will be delivered and they are to finish it (this marked out in red)
