Set up with 4 squares and a smaller middle square
play 1V1 within each square and have a central player in the smaeller box with 2 target players either end
Players MUST Stay within their own box but need to get the ball from end to end. They can use the central player

Add a defender into t smaller square to put central player under pressure
Players are allowed to create 2V1 in the box nxt to them

3 Looks - 1st if you THINK you will receive the ball - 2nd Look if you KNOW you will receive the ball - 3rd look when the BALL IS ON IT'S WAY to you
1 touch if you CAN - 2 touch if you NEED to - 3 touch if you HAVE to
Good first touch - Kill the ball so that it stays close to you.
Use your body to protect the ball - Turn away from defender
Do I need a touch straight away? - Can I let the ball go across my body into space?
Can you pass 1st time?
Can you go past the defender before making a pass?
Movement within boxes
Get away/Lose the 'defender'
Can we get the ball straight into the middle man from target players?
