DESCRIPTION

This team can warm up and stretch on their own. With only 90 minutes inside a gym I have them warm up before practice with some dynamic stretching and within 5 minutes we were into our first part of practice.

To start off you have 4 players inside the middle square with 8 players (or as many as are left) on the outside each with a ball. Each middle player makes their own runs and what they do is run to a player with the ball play a 1-2 and then they have to make a run through the square to a different player on the outside to make another 1-2. They work for 1 minute and then switch out with 4 new players from the outside.
