The ball starts with a coch who plays a pass int player A
Player A must make a movement from the cone and receive the pass
A then passes to B and starts an overlapping run using a first time pass
B passes diagonally ahead of C and makes a run towards the area
C follows the pass from B and crosses the ball (first time if possible) for A&B to run onto and attack
Rotate positions A to B B to C C to A
