DESCRIPTION

  • create 2 or 3 alleys depending on how many players you have.
  • players dribble up the alley and come back down on the outside 

COACHING POINTS

    • touching the ball many times with their feet.
    • side to side in a zig zag 
    • backwards.
    • touching the ball with minium touches
    • do a skill
    • progression is allowing the players to express themselves with different skills on the way back down.
    • let them decide which skill to use going up the alley and a different one coming back down
    keeping the ball under control
  • using different parts of their feet
