Set up two even spaced squares, divide your players between the two squares.
Coach starts the game by passing a ball into the blue square.
As soon as the ball arrives the blue players begin passing the ball, preferably with 1 & 2 touch passing.
At this point 2 green players attack the blue square and close down the ball.
As soon as they touch the ball or it goes out of bounds the coach restarts by rolling the ball into the green square.
At this point the green players must recover back into their square and help their team to try to keep the ball through passing and movement.
At the same time, two of the blue players should attack the green square, and as before attempt to intercept or touch the ball.
Keep repeating.
