One player is the defender and the other is the attacker.
The attacker is trying to score a goal by running through the cones while the defender is trying to shield them away from the goal and make the tackle.
Players can score through either side of their goal forcing the defender to remain focussed.
Working for a minute within pair before swapping.
Progression.
Once the attacker has scored a goal or the defender has won the ball each attacker must move clockwise and try to score another goal against a different defender.
Work for a minute before swapping.
