Running up and Dumping
The aim of this drill is for the player to practice running as fast as they can and dumping the ball at speed.
The yellow player start with the touch ball in their hands. On the word go, the lead yellow player runs as fast as they can to the red players, must make a touch and then immediately dump the ball. The red player must pick up the ball and run onto the green players and dump the ball as soon as they touch/tag the other player. Green goes to blue and blue goes to yellow. The drill is finished once every single player has had the chance to run with the ball and dump it.
To make things more interesting, the coach can time how long it takes for all of their players to complete the drill.
