GKs start with ball and throws or kicks to opposite wide player. Touch and cross in to the box for attack on goal. Middle red and blue player can attack in attacking half and offer for ball in build up in defensive half (if goalkeeper opts to build) but cannot defend. Wide player on oppsoite side can join attack.
Progressions - middle blue and red can defend and attack. Players can offer in to channel for overlaps. All wide players have full run of both channels.
