Set up a rectangle and mark the center line
2 teams of 4v4 play inside the rectangle. The object is for each tema to move the ball to their target player each at the end of the rectangle. After each team scores they maintain possession as a reward and will need to move teh ball to thier defensive half before scoring again.
Each team has one support player on the outside of teh rectangle they may use to move the ball.
1. Stress the importance of filling open space.
2. Stress movement to the ball and off the ball. (Don't wait on passes)
3. Maintain head up with control of teh ball. limit individual touches to pass the ball down field.
