DESCRIPTION

Red player tries to get through one of the two "goals" with the ball.

Yellow player tries to take the ball away from the red player.

This exercise improves 1 on 1 skills, agility and ball control.

COACHING POINTS

Red player: Keep the ball close to your foot, use dribbles of your choice.

Yellow player: Stay on your toes, knees slightly bent. Never face red player directly, always try to guide him to one of the sides. (if you face hime directly, it makes it easier for him to get past you)
