Five Players start on one ened line, each will have a ball. One defender is stationed in the middle without ball. All (blue) players must try to dribble past the defender to the safety area on the other side on coaches call.
If the defending player manages to kick (blue) players ball out of the area, then that player becomes a defender. Continue untill only one attacking player remains.
Accelerate into the spaces to the sides of the defenders.
Attacking team try to stop the ball on the other side of the grid with the sole of the foot, rather than allowing the ball to run out of control.
Make zig-zag moves across the area.
