Running and Tapping.
The aim of this drill is to work the team's ability to attack and then drop behind the referee to be on side.
When asked, the team will be asked to pair up. After that one partner stands on the line and one partner stands roughly four metres away from them. When told to go, one person in the partnership will run forward and make a touch on their partner then run backwards to the line. Once the partner has reached the line the other partner then runs forward, makes a touch then runs backwards. This is repeated eight times then the partnerships are swapped around and the drill starts again.
