1st station will have 4 cones where you perform 2 inside cuts around markers take a step and pass to next station
2nd station performs 2 outside cuts around 3 markers take a step and pass to station 3
3rd Station advances ball past 4 markers and crosses to station 4
4th Station advances with Station 3 and Opens for pass to shoot on goal
Flow - (keep moving for warm-up)
Each player follows pass to next station and awaits the following player's pass
Station 4 moves to end of Station 1 line
Starting GK remains in goal entire drill
