Utilize a 1/2 Pitch with 1 Defender 1 GK and 2 Strikers
Setup 2 small goals on each side of the pitch past the center line
Coach has plenty of balls and divides team into 2 groups
1 player from one group will rotate to defend and 2 players from the other will rotate to attack
Ball is played into the attacking zone by the coach in the air
P1 and P2 will advance to receive the ball on the go to create an attacking chance
D1 and GK will defend the goal
Play continues until goal is scored or ball is played out of the attacking side playing surface
Play for 10 minutes and switch sides
Tracking the aerial and controlling touches
Set up chances and call for passing
Call from strikers "I got ball" and communication on play
