Split into 2 groups (attackers V Defenders)
Working in pairs the defender passes the ball to either attacker and both defenders need to get into position
The attackeckrs get the ball and work in a 2v2 situation to beat the defenders and shoot
If defenders block shot or make tackle the team get a point
PROGRESSION
Make 3v2 in favour of attackers
Make 3V2 in favour of defenders
GK - Talk to defenders and give instrustions
DEFENDERS
Press the ball and don't dive in
Delay player with ball to allow time to get into poisition
Cover each others movement
ATTACKERS
Go at defenders at pace
Make decisions early
Lots of movement off the ball
