Description
Players play 3 vs 3 with 1 neutral always attacking player. Teams look to score on any of the 3 goals. Focus on coaching the defensive players in this activity.
Coaching Points
1. Pressure on the ball, Closest player to the ball must always provide pressure.
2. If we don't have pressure on the ball drop back towards the goal under threat to cover the space until we apply pressure.
3. Squeeze the attackers, work together to condense the space available for them to play in.
4. 3rd defender provides balance, make sure they are not too far away from the ball isolated on the outside.
