3 red + 1 blue in box 1 and 3 blue + 1 red in box two. Players are not allowed out of their zone.
Reds play passes and try to open up space in blues to play pass through to red team.
Blue team are not allowed over half way but are instructed to get the closest player on the ball to add pressure (at half way) and others to offer cover.
Ball to red in end zone must be on ground.
Progress to ball han be lofted in to encourage pressure and cover. Ball must land in end zone to count.
Set for pressure. Closest player presses.
