Set up two channels. 1 x neautral player in each channel in green.
6v6 in middle.
Any player can enter channel and they and neutral players can be tackled in channel unless in attacking red square.
Ball must enter channel in build up to attack. Goals can be scored from anywhere, but goal directly from a cross counts as double.
Progressions - start with only neutral players in channel then add any player in to channel to encourage overlap. Neutral player can now also leave channel but must return to channel as soon as attack has broken down.
