Setup 2 tracks with cones spaced 12yrds, 4yrds, and 12yrds and 5yrds shot on goal
Divide into 2 teams and send a player from each team at a time to sprint with ball to 3rd set of cones, stop and turn to back to 2nd and sprint to final set to shot on goal
Teams compete to increase speed*** 1st of the 2 shots into goal scores a point for that team
Create timed rounds and change the type of stop/start to perform between the center cones (i.e. outside cuts, inside cuts, cruyff, pull back)
Proper execution in stop/start and explode into each sprint
