DESCRIPTION

- 10 Minute jog
- Dynamic Stretching

- 4 v 1 1 Neutral Static Stretching

Coaching Points:
Players on the outside can only play two touch, player on theinside can only play one touch. Defender on the green has to try and anticipate.

Points:
every 12 succesful passes gives the red team one point.

Time: Perform 4 sets of 1 minute with high intensity, between sets, give players 1 minute rest where they should do Static Stretching.
