Cone Drills

DESCRIPTION

Cones are placed one after another in a line formation in two groups. Players are to make 1 line for each of the groups of cones. First they practice the proper body positioning and formation to perform the exercise. Exercises are from high knees to sprinting, jumping side steps squats. Later on players will have to race against the oposing group. Last team to finish gets a penalty/punishment
