the objective of this drill is to try and hit the cone in the middle by passing it, you have about 1 minute to hit the cone as many times as possible, if you manage to hit the cone more times than the person opposite you, you will move up to the next cone and your opponent willl move down. The only time you wont move up is if you are at the top of the league. If someone has been at the top of the league for about three rounds you can make it harder for them by making them use their weaker foot.
some advice for this drill is to use the inside of your foot, you should also try to have your other foot facing towards the cone and follow through with your passing foot.
