Split players into 3 groups of 4-5 players. 8-10 random placed cones in center. Players work for 30-45 seconds. Group in center begins at cones and performs acivities that coach calls out and then returns to center to round through 4 cones and find another outside player to continue activity. Activities include volleys, headers, pass and receive, receive throw in and play pass back, receive off chest, etc. Rotate groups through the center.
