Divide up players into two teams. One ball. Create four (4) 5x10 grids. One team in grids 1 and 3. Other team in grids 2 and 4. Coach plays ball into a game. Teams are looking to pass through opposing team's grid to the teammates. Example, blue in grid 1 looking to play a pass to a teammate in grid 3. Red looking to intercept ball. If red intercepts ball, they look to play pass to teammate in grid 4. Continuous play. Progressions 1) 6 touches max per grid 2) 4 touches max per grid
