- MATCH SITUATION

- this time rulith will face for 05 overs, target is 22 runs in 30 balls, one day rules, if he got out he needs get 03 quick runs. 03 runs will be mines. he needs to do 05 squats

WARM DOWN AND DE BRIEF

- cooling drills for relax the body

- discuss with the player about the session and getting ideas from him
