Players get into pairs and stand oposite eachother next to a cone.
Under arm throw.
- Ball starts by your waste.
- Bring the ball forward with a straight arm and realeas around the stomach area.
- Teach the weight and height of the throw.
Over arm throw.
- Ball starts behind your ear with your elbow pointing away from you.
- Bring your elbow around to the side of your head.
- As your elbow is coming around bring the ball past your ear and extend your arm.
- When your arm is extended release the ball aiming at your partner.
- Teach how to use your non throwing arm for aiming and also the height and weight of the throw.
- Type of throw (Under arm and Over arm)
- Type of catch (Under arm and Over arm)
- Catching high and low balls.
