DESCRIPTION

This drill focus on improving agility of player.

  • Can be done in 2 groups which will compete against each other.
  • Need 5 cones and 4 balls.
  • 4 Balls are placed in all 4 corners of a 6x6m square and another cone in the middle of that square.
  • Player 1 starts in the middle cone and aims to collect all 4 balls as quickly as possible.
  • player must go out to retrieve ball and back to the middle before getting the next ball.
  • Once all the balls has been collected, the player then reverses the drill putting all balls back.
  • As soon as the last ball is placed back the second player can go.
  • So between the 2 groups who ever completed the whole drill is the winner of the drill.
